Personal: Renewing your 2-year Internet Contract in mySASKTEL

You must be the Account Holder to renew a 2-year Internet contract.

In the mySASKTEL mobile app

  1. Tap Services .
  2. Tap Log in to see all services and log in to mySASKTEL.
  3. At the top, swipe to your account with Internet service and tap Internet .
  4. Under Contract details, tap Renew .

You won't see the Renew button until about 3 months before your contract end date. You can check your contract end date in mySASKTEL.

In the mySASKTEL Personal portal (web browser)

  1. Log in to mySASKTEL (opens in a new tab).
  2. On the welcome page, click Renew Now on the Internet plan you want to renew the contract for .

You won't see the Renew Now button until about 3 months before your contract end date. You can check your contract end date in mySASKTEL
